Welcome to "The Inner Child Journey," a four-week introductory program designed for those who have been so curious about inner child work but have hesitated to begin this transformative healing modality. This program provides a personalized, compassionate approach to understanding, reconnecting with and healing your inner child.
 

This program isn't about reliving or rehashing every childhood trauma. 

This is often why people shy away from this work and run from it. You do not have to share anything personal at all (unless you choose to). This program is not therapy where we talk about all the details, it is learning and understanding through energy exchange and energtic immersion. Don't worry. I will explain this is our first session. 

We focus on the concept that we all have an inner child within and how childhood experiences can create beliefs that we collect along the way , impacting our adult patterns, relationships and choices we make. We learn how to energetically connect to our inner child and embrace them, creating space for beautiful healing at a pace that feels right for you.
